My password via OWA don´t Work

Hello 

 

I have problems with OWA's password, its damage the certificate, and I create 
another certificate but dosen´t work

 

I do everything how indicate this site:

 

Http: // support.microsoft.com/kb/327134/en-us 

 

And when enter Directory Security not activate SERVER CERTIFICATE

 

Someone can help me please
