Has anyone run into this problem??? We run Outlook 2000 client to Exchange 2000 on an AD domain. All sorts of PDA's. Scenario: A Director has a PC and a PDA he/she also has a Personal assistant with authorship rights to the Director's mail box. He/She also has their own mailbox. When the PA sends a meeting request on behalf of the director to multiple recipients (does not happen if sent only to one recipient) the recipients receive two meeting requests. These meeting requests conflict with each other if the recipient deletes the wrong one then both meeting requests disappear. NOT GOOD! Are there any answers to this problem???
