Multiple GAL

HI all
IS it possible to create multiple GAL and give permission to see for
selected users. Acctully my requirment is, i dont want to show all the
address in GAL to all the users. For this can i create multiple GAL and
assign it accordingly. Is there is other way to do this. I want to stop
normal user to use some management level address in GAL. I m using
Exchange 5.5 SP4.
