I think Symantec's LiveState does support it. LiveState is Ghost on
steroids.

Ghosting possible and can be tried. However, I know for a fact Dell
Perc4 is
not supported, at least with 2003 version of Ghost.

Ghost to new hardware works about 75% of the time, and is easy enough to
try. Ghost to the new box and bring it up. If it works, great. If it
doesn't, turn the old box back on.
