Move mailbox from Exchange 5.5 server to a exchange 2000

As part of a implementation of a new system, I am migrating user from
Exchange 5.5 to 2000 under 1 site across 2 NT domains. Using Active
Directory Connector, I have pulled across all the account information, but
now need to move the mailboxes to the new server.
Is it possible to do this from a DOS command line to enable me to script
this process?
