The best method is to connect the new exchange server to existing site.

To create new priv databases and slowly to move mailboxes from 1 server
to another(on user properties exchange task move mailbox).

Do not forget to synchronize public folders between servers.

hello,

 

I have a "W2k/Exch2k/OWA" Server (W2K is installed as a member server of

the AD domain) and I want to move Exchange on a new more powerfull
Server

box....and the old exchange server box will be deleted from the network

Does exist a document that explain setp by step how to do this

operation.....?

 

I want to realise this whith a minimal impact to access mailbox Is it

possible .....?
