That would be normal behavior depending on how the ADC is configured to
replicate the Exchange DN and objects to a particular OU in Active Directory
and when the mailbox is moved to Exchange 2003 and the account is present in AD
the recipient CA in conjunction with the authoritative SRS will replicate and
represent the object in the 5.5 directory.
As long as it shows the correct mailbox server it should be okay.
I take it you have a two-way recipient CA and Public Folder CA?
Is the Exchange 2003 server in the same site as the 5.5 server you are
migrating from?
I have seen this many times!

Hi All
We are in the middle of a exchange 5.5 to exchange 2003 migration, We are
experiencing a issue with some mailboxes we have moved from the exchange 5.5
server to exchange 2003 server.
When the mailbox has moved to the 2003 server it is still showing the mailbox
in mailbox resources on the exchange 5.5 server admin console. When you check
the mailbox properties the correct email server is the new 2003 server.
Has anyone seen this before?
