Microsoft Outlook 2003

Question!
What will be the problem if I can receive but can not send email or even reply
to a received mail. I was able to receive and send before, but for some reason
I am no longer receiving any longer. I am running Outlook 2003 on my laptop,
and my Exchange Server is 5.5 running NT 4.0 with SP 6 on it. Every body else
on the server is receiving and sending as usual except me. Where do I look.
Please help me.
