Is the Information store mounting properly ?
What error messages are you getting in the application and system logs ?
How do you know the IS is having problems, is the problem affecting all
users or only a bunch of users ?
Did you do a restore recently ?

Hi
I need your help. We have two mail servers in our organisation and we
are using Exchange 2000 with SP3. The problem which we are facing is
that the mails are missing from the server and it seems that there is
some problem with the Information Store. I would request you to please
help me on this as this is a crucial thing and I have my job at stake.
