You can also use admod to set the following attributes for each contact
object
targetAddress --> SMTP:something@xxxxxxxxxx
MAPIRecipient --> False
internetEncoding --> 1310720
legacyExchangeDN
mailNickname
Once set. RUS will populate the rest to fully mail enable the contacts.
