So I've gone through the document but because of my setup I can't seem to figure out where to start. Basically in my setup I got as far as preparing the forest and domain, creating the central management store, which creates the databases, and publishing the topology. In looking at the document it looks as though I should start at the "Decommissioning a Deployment" section and begin removing the server roles and servers. I actually start at the Run the Remove Deployment Wizard section where I attempt to remove the deployment and publish the topology. After doing this I attempt to verify replication changes to the central management store and from there it gets hazy. I try this on my archive & monitoring server and don't notice any change in replication. If I follow the steps to remove the files from the server I notice that the Step 2 Setup or Remove Lync Server Components option is grayed out. So at this point I'm wondering if it's possible to remove this via the Control Panel? The end goal is to remove all groups from within active directory in addition to all services from the server.

Would anyone from the list be able to answer a few questions regarding the removal of Lync 2010? If not are there any Lync discussion lists available anyone can point me to?
