Remove all smtp addresses from their accounts. Exchange doesn't use smtp
to route within the ORG.

We have some users that we only want to have internal email.  I have
setup their SMTP address to a @nointernetmail.local.  That has blocked
incoming emails but still lets them send outgoing.  Thanks
