You have to do an offline defrag.

I suggest you use the switch that specifies the location of the temp file. This
location has to have a lot of free disk space. This process is extreemely
lengthy (sometimes up to 12hrs) so I suggest you doing it over the weekend.

Hi All,
We are using windows 2003 with Exchange 2003 . I had recently
deleted nearly 100 users in exchange. but still my Information sore size
is not reduced. online defragmentation is running every day. How do i
reduce the size....
