Import Address list

Dear All,
I have 2 domains running in parallel. One of the domain contains Exchange
5.5 and the other contains Exchange 2000 server. I have some addresses in
Exhange 5.5 which I need to add to in Exhange 2000 server Global Address
List. Is there a way wether i can export addresses from Exchange 5.5 to
some file format and then import it into Exchange 2k server.
Please forward your advices as soon as possible.
