I can't send emails to a particular address

I'm unable to send emails to a particular address. When I send an email I
have receive an error message stating that, "A configuration error in the
email system caused the message to bounce between two servers or to be
forwarded between two recipients. Contact your administrator. 
<breaker.dakotacom.net #5.3.5 SMTP; 553 5.3.5 system config error>"

Any one have any ideas?
