-------------------------------------------------------Well, our company just 
bought (merged with) another engineering company.  The other companies 
employees are NOT too enthused about it, and any downtime or change to their 
network will result in headaches for me (hearing them bitch and moan about it). 
 I wanted to do it with the minimum impact possible - although, if a full 
integration is the way to go then I'll do it.  

I am trying to avoid re-creating their domain, rejoining pc's to the network, 
or recreating user accounts.
