I know one thing you'll have to change your MX records to point to the
new domain.

Subject: [exchangelist] How to change my Internet Domain Name in
Exchange 2000

http://www.MSExchange.org/

I am running Exchange 2000 and I have master DNS locally and our
Exchange
running Windows 2000 Domain Controller with Active Directory.
currently we have the domain name address (@old.gov.ae) but I need to
change the domain name addrress to a new one (@new.ae).

I am wondering what should I change in:
- Exchange
- DNS
- Active Directory

to be able to receive e-mails with name (@new.ae) and send from it?

Appreciate you assistance in advance

Thanks,
Mohammed Shamsan
