How do I add Holidays to public folder calendars?

Greetings all,

 

I have E2K3 on Windows 2003 stnd server and I am looking for a way to
add holidays to a public folder that contains calendar items. The things
I have tried have either just not worked or gave me duplicate holidays
in my own calendar.

 

Any Ideas?
