Adrian, You can do two things: a) create a group for these two persons b) create a mailbox and assign user permission to them: If choice b) is chosen, go to Active Directory Users & Groups > right click on the user created > Click on Exchange General > Delivery Options > In the Grant User Permission> Just add desired users to this box. If I were you I would use the group as the preferred method.
