Try creating a secondary email address for the group (e.g.
ITG@xxxxxxxxx) and set it as primary. Replicate this info to all the DCs
(if you're using Exch2k) and send it an email. Does this work?

I have checked all users email addresses and there are no duplicates.
The group email address is IT@xxxxxxxxxx There are no duplicates.

I am getting a bizarre undeliverable message when sending to a
group. The person that is listed in the undeliverable is not a member
of the group and she is a disabled user. I have checked the membership
and she was never listed as a member. Does anyone have any idea why
this is happening? The message is below...
