I also forget to mention that it you configure the Outlook 2003 clients to use " Cached Exchange Mode " ( On by default ) the GAL will be cached locally when the client is disconnected from the corporate network.

You can do it from Active Directory console.  Right Click on OU then
select Export List. Follow the procedure and save it in a text file then
import it to XL file.

Before doing that you can add columns from View manu.

I think it will solve your issue.

Dear All,

i have one thing & really i need help.

i have here 200 users are have Exchange account.

due to some resoans, we need to make an export from this GLOBAL ADDRESS
LIST, to be saved on the excel sheet & we will give it to the users who
they
are not connect to our network.


is there anyway to export the USERS E-mail Address , GAL from the Exchange server to Excel sheet or what ever is ?
