RE: Free/Busy info not viewable for some users

What happens when you try to manually update freebusy in outlook? Calendar, 
scheduling, options refresh free busy? Also are these users in different sites?

Users can not see some users' free/busy information when scheduling meetings. I 
have tried free/busy clean-up. Any ideas please?
