I think the best way to phrase it is that the Electronic Forms Designer is
no longer supported by Outlook 2003. You'll have to create the forms using
the built-in Outlook form tools. I think this is what you are asking :)

Can someone please tell me if Exchange 2003 still contains a Forms Designer
or was this dropped in favour of using the Outlook designer only.
If it is still supported, how do I install / access it.
