dear Man, the Problem is still happen , what i did is in the First Time :- while exchange is working and all the services are working , i choose connect & Download and then select Schedule , and then change the Period of time to become 30 minutes , instaed of 15 minutes and then while i was clicking Apply, i found that its displaying the same error messgae and then i went to Services and i found that the service is still ( Stoped ) and the status is Automatic . when i was try to start the service , i found that it still give the same error message . ===================================================================== the second solution is , i stop all the exchnage services , and all the user become unable to send and unable to recive the messages from out side , and then try to corrcet the time , but still the Problem is here and i am unable at all , to receive any E-mails . ====================================================================== the Third solution :- ----------------------------- but i corrrect it with install the POP3 downloader from GFI and its working Now Perfect , but its also trial version for 1 monthe. when i try to depend on the POP3 connector for microsoft, i found that it gives me the same error message, but when i enable the GFI POP3 downloader , i found that its working and receving E-mails from out side . what is the solution now, its Big Problem because i am depending on GFI & its trial version. Please help me to solve this Problem . what i can do ? should i install the POP3 connector from the Exchange CD which it came with Small business server 2000 ? if this is good solution can you provide me with the steps to install it agian , POP3 connector for Microsoft SBS2000. You've got time so set the pop connector to a a higher time out value and try and download the email and then set it back to the original limit.
