Exmerge says "MAPI uninitialized"

Hi all,
I ran Exmerge to import about 350 PST files. It went OK for the most
part, there wer some errors but I know what those are mostly. However the
very last line of ExMerge.log stated "MAPI uninitialized".
Is that good or bad? It does not sound too good! Where should I look to
correct this issue. Users are able to send and receive emails, OWA etc.
fine without any known issues.
