Yes it is possible. We run a load balanced pair for our front end
servers.

I would like to know is it possible to have two frontEnd servers with
exchange 2003? I'm looking for redundancy on the front-end. Currently I
have one front-end server for OWA and three backEnd servers two active
and one passive running exchange 2003 servers.
