Hi John,
Exactly, but how we setup in mail client - Microsoft Outlook 2000/XP. I
could not find any configure option for that. Of course you can set on
Outlook Express! By the way I assume E2K support SMTP AUTH, so is there
any possibility setup from server side rather than setting up from
client side while allowing only to legitimate users & restrict to
spammers!

Yes. It is called SMTP Authentication. It is a setting on the e-mail
client.

Quick question......
Is there a possibility to configure SMTPVS or SMTPC on e2k server
without being open relay! While allowing legitimate users to send
e-mails from any place (IP) in the world and preventing spammers and
unauthorized people from using you Exchange server.
