Exchange behind ISA

Hi

I placed my Exchange 2000 server on the intranet, protected by the ISA
server, and I created server publishing rules to allow the e-mail server to
be published to the internet.
The outgoing e-mail works fine, but de incoming e-mail not.
What is happenig?
