I haven't seen any reputable review areas for such a service but I'd be
interested if you find one (just out of curiousity mostly). I suspect that
the experience is dependent on the arrangement and the expectations more
than anything.
I also find it amusing that an email hosting company expects to do support
via email. Kind of ironic as well as amusing :)

I was just wonding if anyone knows of a site or sites that review and rank
the various Microsoft Exchange Hosting companies out on the internet like
Intermedia.net, ASP-one.com, Lanlogic.com or XO.com?
I've been with Intermedia.net for several years and we're not having our 1st
big issues and support has been a nitemare with them since it's in email
only and you never talk to the same person about the issues.
