Exchange Database Recovery to a new server with a new name

I'm working through some DR scenarios in a lab.  
 
Here is what I'd like to know how to do:  
 
Assume serverA blows up.  The server is unavailble.  
I'd like to restore an Exchange database from serverA to ServerB.  
ServerB is an existing Exchange Server with existing clients, so I can't rename 
the server.  I must use the name serverB.  
 
I know there are some related attributes on mailbox-enabled users.  
MSExchHomeServerName
HomeMDB.  Do I just need to edit those things? 
 
And then part 2 of the transition, how does Outlook get update or does it need 
to be done manually?
