What Backup software do you have ? You have a SAN, so do you use a tape
Library ? If so, what model ?

Is this an Exchange 5.5 cluster migrated to Exchange 2000 or a fresh

What service packs are you running for OS and Exchange ?
You seem to have more than 2 GB of RAM, have made the necessary changes
to the boot.ini file ?

Instability, slow performance (despite adaquite resouce), event view
errors that don't show in technet. Backups fail, can not install agent
software for Bricklevel on one node but can on the other.
Things like that. It was used to migrate from 5.5.
