I have Activesync 3.17 and T-mobile's Pocket PC with 2003. Below is a reply to T-Mobile's tech support. Microsoft suggested I call T-Mobile. TIA Have fun! greg Yes, we know what's needed -- and we have it. What we do not have is a device from T-Mobile (Pocket PC Phone Edition) with the correct software. The phone has Win 2003 and ActiveSync 3.17. What's missing are features that enable Synchronize Automatically. According to ActiveSync Help, these features should be under 'tools > Option > Mobile Schedule tab in active sync. There I should be able to select 'As items arrive' in the 'During peak times', sync list. As items arrive is not in the list.
