Exchange 2000 and Windows NT Server 4.0 SP6a

I am going to be upgrading my Exchange 5.5 EMAIL server to Exchange 2000.
The OS on the server is Windows NT Server 2000 SP6a. Will there be a
problem running Exchange 2K on this platform?
