Exchange 2000 and Web Host

I have a Windows 2K Server/Exchange 2K installation. We use an offsite
web host to host our email. We receive and send to this mail by using a
POP3 "email account" in our Outlook profile. Local Exchange mail is
setup separately in the same Outlook profile. How can I setup Exchange
2K to receive and send all of the mail from the email host's server so
Outlook would not need the separate POP3 setup?
