Exchange 2000 Moving databases - slight issues or large problems?

Hi All
I have followed the acticle on msexchange.org and moved my databases to where I
want them.
This has caused a few issues which may or may not be actual problems.
1) I have an m: drive which exchange created when it was installed. Do I need
to do anything with this drive now I have moved the databases??
2) I now have 3 virtual directories in IIS with error can not find path. They
are the exchange sites.
Public M:\mydomain.com\Public Folders
Exchange M:\mydomain.com
Exadmin \\.\BackOfficeStorage
