I was able to find the following:
ERROR - MigrateObject failed - Error Code: 80072030 Verify the
credentials for the membership
directory:<MDUserName>cn=Administratorx,ou=members,o=mcis</MDUserName>
from www.microsoft.com/serviceproviders/migration/User_Migration_Guide.doc
Not sure if this will help, but it is a start for you.

Subject: [exchangelist] Event ID 9301

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Over the weekend we upgraded our Exchange 2000 Standard installation to
the Enterprise Edition. This morning, all seems to be working fine except
for an error in the event log:

--------------------------------------------------------------------

Source: MSExchangeSA
Event ID: 9301

Failed to generate offline Address Book
/dc=com/dc=xxxxxx/dc=INT/cn=Configuration/cn=Services/cn=Microsoft
Exchange/cn=XXXXXXXX/
cn=Address Lists Container/cn=Offline Address Lists/cn=Default Offline
Address List, error '80072030'

--------------------------------------------------------------------

After fairly exhaustive research, I have come up with little or nothing on
the error. Anyone have any idea?

thanks,
bret
