Email Attachments

My manager has asked me to find a software package that will prevent a
recipient of a mail message from forwarding attachments (request actually
came from our CEO). I googled this and have been able to find a couple of
products. One is called Atabok - which prevents forwarding, printing and
screen captures among other things.
The other is something called Clearswift Mailsweeper that can be installed
on your Exchange server. Or you can get the SMTP version.
My questions are:
1. Has anyone ever heard of or used any of these products?
2. Is anyone familiar with a similar product and can offer recommendations?
