EX2000: External DLs add-on

Can anyone recommend an Exchange 2000 add on to provide external
distribution lists, probably through an ODBC datasource. I found a
couple of examples of what I am looking for at
http://www.msexchange.org/software/List_Server_Software/.
I dont want to run a huge number of lists but it would be useful to have
the capability of tying one of our email addresses to a distribution
group of external and internal email addresses as the governance of our
association is by members who work at other organisations.
