Perhaps your outgoing mail queue is full.

Subject: [exchangelist] EMail Tracking

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Is there any useful(perhaps cheap) utilities that will enable me to track
my emails that I'm sending? I need to figure out why my emails are taking
so long to reach its destination. It has taken up to 40 minutes to reach
its destination; no matter where its sent. Incoming emails are arriving
with a minute or two, consistently.

My ISP tells me that it could be something with my ISA 2000 server or
Exchange? But what could it be in Exchange? Any help will be greatly
appreciated!

Thanks!
