Mark,
Search in Microsoft.com. I downloaded quite a few articles from the
site. These helped me very well in getting our active/active cluster in
place. Also look in www.ibm.com Redbooks section. There is a very good
Redbook on Exchange 2000 clustering.
 
Some of the article names from Microsoft.com are;
 
Step-by-step guide to installing cluster service.
Deploying Microsoft Exchange 2000 clusters.
