I din't hear problems about "in place upgrade" but now i just live it...
I search technet,knowledge base and can't found any article about my problem...

There in lies your problem. When I was researching upgrade methods it was strongly recommended not to do an "in place" upgrade because there can be issues. I would call Microsoft PSS. You are sure to get your money's worth.

If i can not resolve this problem then i try to move mailboxes but first i must find a solution for this.Anyone has upgrade to e2k with "in place" mode?
