Any steps out there on how to create a calendar in the public folder?

What I would do (and I do) is to use the "view group schedules" option
in Outlook (this assumes that you're running Outlook 2003). Makes it
very easy to view multiple user calendars at once.

Also, you could use a public folder calendar. We have used that in the
past...just make sure that everyone in your department has access to the
public folder to post and read items.

Hi all,

I have a request to create an IT dept calendar in Outlook 2000. What is
the best way for us to view the calendar...main purpose is for seeing
when staff are scheduled for vacation. We are running Exchange 2000 as
our mail server.
