What I would do (and I do) is to use the "view group schedules" option
in Outlook (this assumes that you're running Outlook 2003). Makes it
very easy to view multiple user calendars at once.
Also, you could use a public folder calendar. We have used that in the
past...just make sure that everyone in your department has access to the
public folder to post and read items.

I have a request to create an IT dept calendar in Outlook 2000. What is
