I am trying to get away of doing this how can I do this very urgently
otherwise I might have to be forced to save the system state and then
reinstall the man AD with the other Ads in order for the synchronization to
take effect.

Yes, fix your name resolution problem.
The host d4b306ca-529e-4050-a9a1-fcff9e7f7571._msdcs.kq.kenya-airways.com
could not be resolved to an IP address. Check the DNS server, DHCP, server
name, etc
That would be a lack of SRV records by the looks of it. Fix the name
resolution and it should be fine.

I have done dcdiag and netdiag commands are below is what I come up with.
Can someone please give me a solution so that the two DCs can replicate with
one another. Below is the results:
