Creating a Group Mailbox

Hi All,
I am trying to create Group Mailbox (sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) for my
company. I followed instruction in following article.

It worked except,
When user1 reply to any message from sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx mailbox he can
choose sales email address using 'From' Field but outgoing email is stored
in user1's own 'sent' folder. Now other people sharing same mailbox does
not know about this email being sent by User1.
Is there anyway I can route all the email sent using
'sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' address to the sent folder of
'Sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' mailbox?
