Change password via OWA

Hi,
I need help for this feature the OWA.
Exist one Q267596 on Microsoft KB, but is not sufficient for resolve my
problem !
When i try change password before perform the steps describe in the
Q267596 appear one error, HTTP 500 - Internal server error.
However i create virtual directory with name IISADMPWD and the file
aexp2b.htr was set in IIS for this virtual directory !
Someone can help me ???
