[ExchangeList] Change Password Gone in OWA

-------------------------------------------------------All,
We have E2K3 OWA server as our FE server. It seems
that our change password feature has disappeared from
our Options tab. I've looked in the registry to see
if the key had been modified. But it's sitting at 0
which should allow it to be displayed under Options in
OWA.
Has anyone ran into this and how do you correct this?
