Can't telnet my own SMTP port; others can

Hello all,
I can't telnet into my IP 25!! It's really strange. My server is still
receiving and sending messages, but I can't telnet my smtp port from the
server's console or via ts. From any other machine in the network it is
possible.
Any ideas why? This server doesn't have firewall or anything, it's protected by
another server running ISA.
Windows 2000 with Exchange 2000, fully patched.
