Can't install Outlook Web Access 5.5

Hi All,
I have an NT 4.0 SP 6a server, IIS 4.0 installed on it and would
like to install OWA 5.5. While I'm installing, it continues for a while and
crashes. Gives this error :
An unknown error has occured. Unknown facility error id no:076a-c017fb00
What can I do?
