Hi, We have a problem with our Exchange 5.5 server I hope you can help with. One of our managers has a test mail account on idirect.com and we cannot send mail to this account from our exchange server. In Exchange the message stays in the outbound queue with a message "Host Unreachable". If I open a dos prompt on the Exchange server I can ping mail.idirect.com and www.idirect.com and all of the addresses assigned to idirect.com as per nslookup. Also I can send email to the mailbox on idirect.com from my hotmail account and my earthlink account. I am totally confused. Cay somebody please shed some light on this problem for me? thanks Peter White
