Can not received email from a client

Hello all,
One of my client could not send an email to my company. I have no
difficult to receive other client's email.
Here is the bouncing back email to my client:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
xxxxxx@xxxxxx on 23/09/2004 9:50 AM You do not have permission to
send to this recipient. For assistance, contact your system
administrator. <xxxx.xxxxx.xxxxxxx.com #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1
<xxxxx@xxxxxx>... Relaying denied. IP name possibly forged
[xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx]
Do you have any clue with this issue?
